Shipping policy
UK Postage £5, free shipping over £50
International £25
Postage will not be refunded on returned items.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duty and local sales taxes. This is to be paid on receipt of the shipment by the receiver. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.

We endeavour to dispatch orders next day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.
Returns & refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order bought from the website, you may return it for a refund. You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item.
All returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.

Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship. Import & Customs charges on returns will be deducted from the original sale price.
Insiders Clothing reserves the right to refuse return of any item which does not meet the above requirements.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
